وتحدث في الندوة، المستشار القانوني المحامي سويلم نصير حول العدالة في القوانين الحياتية، مشيرا إلى أن الدولة الأردنية تحكمها قوانين ناظمة توازن بين العدل في الرعية وتسيير الحياة العامة.
وقال، إن أول قانون دستوري في المملكة نشأ عام 1928 ثم دستور عام 1947 ثم جاء دستور 1952 الذي كان أفضل دستور حمل صلاحيات كبيرة ثم عدل عام 2011 وجاء التعديل الأخير عام 2022.
بدوره، عرض قاضي محكمة التمييز سابقا القاضي سعيد الهياجنه للتشريعات القانونية في المملكة وأهمية السلطة القضائية في الحياة المجتمعية ودورها بتحقيق الاستقرار، وحماية الفرد والتوازن بين الدولة والمجتمع.
وبين أن السلطة التشريعية ملزمة في تطبيق الدستور وعدم التعسف في اتخاذ القرار لأن ذلك يخالف القانون، لافتا إلى أن التوازن بين السلطتين التشريعية والقضائية، هو حماية للفرد والجميع ويخضع للرقابة القضائية كونها الطرف المحايد بين السلطتين.
وأوضح، أن التشريعات في المملكة تساعد على الاستقرار والحماية والاستثمار، وأن القوانين وجدت للتوازن بين جميع الأطراف، كما أن التشريعات الأردنية تتلاءم مع التشريعات الإقليمية والدولية وخاصة التشريعات التجارية.
